Chocolate Protein Pudding

Am I the only one who eats some of the same foods daily? I eat oatmeal everyday for breakfast and I have protein pudding every afternoon and I never get sick of it. Fat free Greek yogurt has 23g of protein per cup! As a vegetarian, this is awesome because I often struggle to get enough everyday! Protein pudding is an amazing snack (or dessert) and it’s so easy to make! All I use for the base is plain fat free Greek yogurt + protein powder! That’s it! I’ve seen recipes that call for using Jello pudding or adding sweeteners to the yogurt, but I like to keep it simple.

You can make the pudding whatever flavor you want! Below are some suggestions to try:

  • BIRTHDAY CAKE: Birthday cake protein powder is delicious! Mix a serving of fat free greek yogurt with a small scoop of protein powder. Top with fat free whip cream and sprinkles!
  • DARK CHOCOLATE: If you have dark chocolate protein powder on hand, try adding strawberries for a romantic dessert!
  • DOUBLE CHOCOLATE: Mix plain fat free Greek yogurt with chocolate protein powder + Trader Joe’s semi sweet chocolate chunks. Chocolate on chocolate bliss!
  • BLUEBERRY DREAM: My all-time favorite is plain fat free Greek yogurt mixed with vanilla protein powder, topped with blueberries. It reminds me of blueberry cheesecake. I use frozen organic blueberries from Costco (defrost in microwave for a minute or less).
  • PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE: Craving peanut butter? Try adding PBfit and chocolate protein power to make a healthy Reese’s flavor pudding.

The possibilities are endless! Seriously, I eat this EVERY SINGLE DAY. It satisfies my sweet tooth and cuts down the cravings for rich, sweet foods. Give it a try today and let me know what you think!

Blueberries are a delicious addition.
