Despite a big move and a change in training  strategy to accommodate running, I’m still in the fitness challenge! I can’t believe this is our final week.

I plan to wrap it up by eating healthy and continuing my training! No peak week for me due to heavy training (and I’m still nursing). Let’s be real, I’m not even close to being in the running. You can kind of tell who’s in the running via social media, so no reason to cut calories unnecessarily right now when I need all the nutrients I can get for recovery and muscle growth! 

TRAINING AND NUTRITION 

I always make time for training! I never skip a workout. To be honest, it has been more of a challenge to eat 100% healthy and meal prep. For one, I’m back in the south! I’m around restaurants that I’ve missed while I lived up north. Then there’s the baby, there are moments I partake in her snacks or finish off her food if she refuses to eat it.  I’ve been more on a 80/20 track, which is still healthy!

I have a refrigerator and freezer full of healthy food so no more excuses. Cheers to week 8, the end is near!
