Hello!

I’m Sandy. I’m a half Korean RN, RYT 500 (certified yoga teacher), AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, and mom of a 2 little ones. Since becoming a mom, I’ve been inspired to run and find new ways to train while maintaining my yoga practice. In my free time, I enjoy teaching myself how to play musical instruments and currently learning how to speak Korean. My mission is to help others cultivate a sense of awareness of their mind and body. I have been practicing yoga since 2001 and dancing for over 25 years; I truly believe movement is bliss.

    • 3 seasons WNBA pro cheerleader/2 years as captain
    • 4 years collegiate dance team director and dance/cheer judge
    • Over 10 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor
    • Former National NPC Fitness Competitor
    • Completed 7 half marathons
    • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner
