All good things come to an end (250kchallenge) but bodybuilding.com knows what’s up! They created a new challenge this month called #stillinit17 and it looks like they have a lot of participants from the last challenge all signed up for it.
Here is where I’m at:
- I gained 2 pounds since #250kchallenge ended, which is no surprise because I added back more carbs and have to lay off heavy weights for upper body.Ā
- I injured my shoulder while trying to catch my falling baby 2 weeks ago, so I’m going into this already hurt but I’m not defeated. š I have to modify a lot of exercises, even if it’s not for my upper body because my shoulder is unstable but it’s on the mend!
- We are relocatingĀ 900+ miles next week. I’m determined to stay healthy and keep up with the fitness challenge during the move; otherwise I might drive myself crazy with stress if I don’t.
- Does moving heavy boxes and running around cleaning like a mad lady for 1-2 hours count as a workout?
Speaking of all good things come to an end, I took my final group legs/booty class at my MMA gym. š I am going to miss the teachers. I hope to find a great gym with cool instructors again.
Here is my #stillinit17 workouts this week:
MONDAY: rest (or packing and moving boxes)
TUESDAY: Chest and triceps; 15 min HIIT cardio
WEDNESDAY: Yoga, Leg Day
THURSDAY: Back and biceps (very modified) and Pilates
FRIDAY: Rest (aka: heal)
SATURDAY: PACK and modified shoulders with bandsĀ
SUNDAY: PACK and legs
