I gave birth at the end of February 2016. I gained 27 lbs during my pregnancy but not only I did I lose all my pregnancy weight by June 2016, I’m currently 20 lbs UNDER my pre-pregnancy weight!
I’m now entering my “pro dancer weight” stage (which was a healthy weight) but honestly, it is more about how I feel and move. I feel stronger and have more energy despite sleepless nights!
In May 2016, I’ve participated the 90 day live Bikini Body Mommy 5.0 challenge. Once the challenge ended, I immediately participated in 3 back-to-back IdealShape 15 day challenges to keep the momentum going. After that, I consistently went to kickboxing class at the MMA gym and focused on strength training.
I recommend following a fitness challenge or a training program if you’re like me and prefer to follow protocols that include checking in weekly (with yourself or a coach) with measurements and photos.
The biggest factor in a journey like this is your mindset. Think positive, take your time, and enjoy the journey.
